We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, handling, or setup of rental items.

 

Safety & Use Disclaimer: Customers assume full responsibility for the safe use, handling, and supervision of all rented items. Certain décor, furniture, or event accessories may pose risks if improperly installed, overloaded, or misused. Adult supervision is required at all times. Our company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring during the rental period.

 

Quality & Condition Disclaimer: All rental items are inspected before and after each use. Minor wear, variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal for rental inventory. These do not qualify for refunds or discounts unless the item is unusable upon delivery or pickup.

Travel Time & Distance Disclaimer

All services that include travel are within a designated service area. Projects located outside this area may require additional travel fees and adjusted scheduling based on distance, traffic conditions, and availability. Travel time is considered part of the service and may be billed accordingly. Any applicable travel charges will be communicated and approved prior to project confirmation.

 

Service Area Clarification: Our design services are offered within a defined service radius. Projects beyond this radius are welcome but may be subject to additional travel fees and modified timelines. Exact travel details will be discussed and confirmed before services begin.

 

Travel within 30 miles (round-trip) from the assigned designer’s primary location at no additional charge. Travel beyond this distance is subject to a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile (round-trip). All travel fees will be disclosed and approved prior to scheduling.

 

Time Travel Disclaimer: Travel time to and from project locations may be included in service hours, particularly for on-site consultations, installations, or project management. Travel duration may vary due to traffic, weather, or location distance and will be factored into scheduling and billing when applicable.

 

Mileage & Extended Travel Disclaimer: For projects located beyond our standard service area, mileage, travel time, lodging, or additional expenses may apply. These costs will be outlined in advance and must be approved by the client prior to scheduling or project commencement.

 

Delays Outside Control Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate promptly if delays impact scheduled services.
