The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and purchasing furniture, décor, and materials for client projects. This role handles both online and in-store shopping, ensuring all items match the design plan, budget, and project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase furniture, décor, and materials online or in stores
  • Compare prices, quality, and availability across vendors
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and returns
  • Track purchases and maintain accurate expense records
  • Ensure selected items align with the approved design plan
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and the design team
  • Identify alternative items if products are out of stock or over budget
  • Maintain a catalog of trusted suppliers and product options
